시부야 엔 호텔은 시부역과 가까운 숙소 중에서는 저렴한 편에 속했던 10만원대 숙소. 대부분 주변 호텔은 20~30만원대였다. • 결론 : 너무 좁고 습해서 재방문은 없을 것 같다. 이정도 퀄리티에 10만원대는 비싸게 쳐준 것 같기도... • 이유 (1) 내가 요청 사항에 엘레베이터와 가까운 곳을 요청했지만 이정도로 가깝다고? 그냥 문 열면 엘레베이터... 너무 가까워 옮겨달라고 하니 추가 요금이 필요했다. 제일 작고 제일 저렴한 방이었나봄... (2) 처음 방문하고 객실에 들어가니 너무 좁았다. 일본 방이 다 좁지... 싶다가도 내가 간 일본 숙소 중에 제일 좁았다. 비슷한 가격대에도 이정도로 좁은 건 첨 본 듯.... 1명이 사용해도 답답할 것 같은데... 2명이 이용하니 더 답답했다. 사람 2명+ 캐리어 2개면 말 다했다 ... 그냥 전형적인 일본의 작고작은 모텔... 엘레베이터 바로 옆이라 그런가 옛날에는 창고였을 것 같다... (3) 얼마나 좁냐면... 캐리어 펼쳐 두면 방 밖으로 들어가고 나가는 것도 쉽지 않음... 몸을 구겨서 출입해야함... (4) 에어컨 바람이 나오는 곳은 옛날 에어컨 구멍+ 곰팡이 같은게 많아서 더럽고 찝찝했다. 반나절이 지나서야 침대에 누웠으니.. 이미 사용을 하고난 뒤에 확인... 바꿔달라는 말도 못했다. (5) 침대에 커다란 거울이 있는데,, 거울도 찝찝했던 그냥,, 내가 이 호텔이 마음에 안들어서 그런걸지도... 하지,,만 습하고, 곰팡이가 보이고, 좁은 건 사실이다.

酒店位置及交通方便, 樓下有多間食肆, 就算夜晚肚餓, 一落街就可以搵到嘢食。酒店房間不過不失, 床上寢具都很舒適, 下次再來涉谷, 都會在選擇此酒店

DO NOT BOOK here. I booked Japanese modern superior which 14 square meter room and they put me in some 9 square meter monstrosity. Tiny room cannot even move in and smelled like smoke. I requested not by elevator and the stupid room they provided was right next to it. I told them I wanted to change and they wanted more money for the actual room I booked. Claimed it’s some error in their system vs 訂房網站.com & it shows up as the 9 square meter room which is isn’t even advertised on 訂房網站.com. They mentioned this has happened many times in past. Reads some of the reviews it’s a reoccurring problem. One gentlemen at front desk was apologetic and explained it. Other woman was just unsympathetic and was resistant helping sort out situation. In the end hotel didn’t do nothing. Would have been easy fix and just give me what I paid for, but now they have this terrible review staining their reputation. Horrible hotel. Does That look like the Japanese modern superior in the picture provided? BEWARE.

帶娃去東京第一站，感覺還不錯，乾淨整潔，房間比想象中大一些，周邊都還算方便。房間服務人員也比較友好，提的需求都滿足了。下次還考慮。

Hotel che sembra nuovissimo, a pochissimi passi da shibuya scramble cross. Camera minimal con tutto il necessario e silenziosa. Bagno pulito e spazioso.

Walked in with no reservations (booked online there in the lobby) and they allowed us to do an early check in. Super nice and helpful staff. The room was all we needed, comfortable bed, nice shower. 2 bottles of water was in the fridge. Location was close to all the shopping and easy to walk to. Also easy to get to for tourist spots.
